Dr. Caglia received his BS degreefrom Northern Michigan University and MD degree from UAG School ofMedicine/CMDNJ-Rutgers Medical School-Fifth Pathway. He completed his residencytraining in Medicine which included additional training in Dermatology at TexasTech University Health Sciences Center. He was Chief Medical Resident atthe University of Rochester’s Highland Hospital. Dr. Caglia's advancedtraining in cosmetic dermatologic and laser surgery procedures followedhis postgraduate training with world-renowned pioneers in the field ofcosmetic dermatology. With this ever changing, relatively new and rapidlyexpanding field of medicine it is imperative to be abreast of newtechniques and improved technology. Dr. Caglia maintains and develops newskill sets by attending global workshops and symposia. This is thebest way to insure excellent outcomes for our patients and deliver the bestpossible care.
Dr. Caglia is a consultantto Palomar Medical Technologies and the Slim Lipo Body Laser Sculpting. He alsohas a teaching affiliation with several area colleges for medicalassistance programs. He currently serves on the HIV advisoryboard of Suneva Medical, manufacturer of the long lasting fillerArtefill. Dr. Caglia will soon be publishing his case study onthe use of this product for permanent facial contouring in HIV associatedlipoatrophy.
